Harris County, TX — November 27, 2024, Angelita Gomez was injured following a truck accident at approximately 5:15 a.m. along Fairmont Parkway.
According to authorities, 44-year-old Angelita Gomez was traveling in a Chevrolet Spark in the vicinity of the Fairmont Parkway and Space Center Boulevard intersection when the accident took place.
The intersection is apparently controlled by a traffic signal. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a Ford box van entered the intersection at a reportedly unsafe time, failing to heed the signals indicated by the traffic light.
