Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People often just overlook train accidents, but they need just as thorough an investigation as any deadly traffic accident. Issues with the crossing, warning signs, vegetation overgrowth, the truck, and all kinds of other possible contributing factors deserve attention. Regardless of what led to this crash, there’s a family that deserves answers. It’s important that the evidence is able to tell the story for them, especially since the victim isn’t here to tell their own side of the story.
