With a crash involving inclement weather, it’s important to know that the investigations were taken seriously. I’ve seen too many accidents throughout my career where authorities just chalked up that whole thing to the weather and considered the matter closed. However, a commercial truck wreck is going to involve all kinds of complex factors that need careful analysis. Hopefully investigators here took those steps, but it just wouldn’t be unusual if there was a lot surrounding this crash that never got the attention it needed.
