Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A serious crash involving multiple vehicles is bound to leave behind a chaotic scene. While people may assume authorities can handle serious crashes like this, that chaos sometimes proves too much for them to handle.
That’s why a lot of families end up needing the help of independent accident reconstructionists. Since they are able to dedicate all of their time to the investigations, and since they have the tools, experience, and training authorities often lack, their efforts can help ensure that all possible factors get the attention they need.
It’s possible authorities here were more thorough and helped get the victim’s loved ones the answers they deserved. That’s just not something I would take for granted.
