Alex Harris Watson Killed in Car Accident in Harris County, TX

Harris County, TX — April 16, 2024, Alex Harris Watson was killed due to a car accident that happened around 7:00 p.m. on Cypress Creek Parkway.

Investigators said that the crash happened at the intersection of Cypress Creek and Greenwood Forest Drive in northwest Houston.

According to officials, 19-year-old Alex Harris Watson was on a motorcycle going westbound on Cypress Creek/FM 1960. A Toyota Rav4 was coming out of a private drive, and it crashed with the motorcycle. Those vehicles then crashed with an oncoming car.

Reports say that Alex Harris Watson was killed in the crash. No other injuries were reported. Additional details are unavailable at this time.

I see people all the time going on about how dangerous motorcycles are and how reckless riders behave. Yet crashes like this happen, and no one seems to pay them any mind. More often than not, motorcyclists are the responsible ones who fall victim to larger vehicles. Hopefully this crash actually got the attention it deserved so that there could at least be appropriate consequences.
