Montgomery County, TX — October 29, 2025, Alan Garcia Hernandez was injured as the result of a car accident at around 12:10 p.m. along Loop 494.

According to initial details about the accident, it happened in the Porter area off Loop 494 and Hammond Drive.

Investigators said that 21-year-old Alan Garcia Hernandez was in a Honda Accord traveling northeast on Lp. 494. A multi-vehicle crash occurred with two other cars. Due to the accident, Alan Garcia Hernandez was seriously injured.

There’s not much information about what happened here, and I can only hope authorities were more thorough behind the scenes. Sometimes, authorities move on before they’ve really looked at a crash from all angles. That’s why a lot of people end up with more questions than answers even weeks or months after an accident.

In my experience, it’s important to follow up with the authorities early on. If they are able to answer questions and address concerns adequately, that’s generally a sign they did good investigations. But if their answers come up short or aren’t adding up, then it may be time for independent investigators to step in. At worst, they can confirm what police already know. At best, they can catch crucial details folks need after a serious accident.
