How Did This Accident Occur?

If authorities can prove the truck driver was impaired at the time of the crash, investigators should turn their attention to this employer. Did the trucking company complete a thorough medical evaluation before the driver was hired? Was it aware of the medication he was taking before it handed him the keys to an 80,000-pound truck?

The trucking company has a duty to ensure that its drivers are fit to be behind the wheel, so the Dodge driver’s family deserves to know if it did its part to protect others on the road.
