Burke County, NC — January 15, 2024, Aaron Langley was killed in a head-on truck accident at approximately 7:00 a.m. along U.S. 64.
According to authorities, 31-year-old Aaron Langley was traveling in a northbound Nissan SUV on U.S. Highway 64 in the vicinity of the Baker Farm Road intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the Nissan allegedly attempted to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone; this resulted in a head-on collision with a southbound utility truck. Langley reportedly sustained fatal injuries due to the crash. No other injuries have been reported.
