Accident Report
May 21, 2026, one person was killed and one was injured following an 18-wheeler accident around 6:00 a.m. along I-43.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the crash happened between Highway 164 and Highway 83.
According to officials, traffic was moving along northbound lanes when one 18-wheeler crashed into another. Due to the accident, one of the truck drivers died. The other had unspecified injuries.
