Ector County, TX — April 15, 2024, two people were injured following a car accident at around 2:14 a.m. along Farm-to-Market 1936.
According to initial details about the crash, it happened at the intersection of FM 1936 and West 16th Street.
Investigators said that a 22-year-old Odessa man was in a Ford truck going westbound on 16th. An 18-wheeler was going northbound. The vehicles crossed paths and collided at the intersection. Due to this, the Odessa man was seriously injured. The truck driver had moderate injuries.

A crash as serious as a commercial truck wreck needs equally serious investigations. Sometimes, authorities are up to that challenge. Too often, though, they aren’t.
