I’m certainly not going to speculate about what happened here, but I wanted to shine a light on something that doesn’t usually get attention. One question I had seeing these reports is whether or not this particular loading bay has caused problems before. Images seem to show it’s a pretty tight fit, and it seems just about any commercial truck would be left blocking the roadway. Is this something locals have had issues with before? Perhaps it’s not a factor in this crash, but it’s at least a possibility that might be worth looking into.
