Bars Investigated by the TABC

Memphis Bar & Grill Locations That Have Been Investigated by the TABC

Important Information for Potential Dram Shop Plaintiffs About Memphis Bar & Grill

My firm has sued more bars and restaurants for negligent alcohol service than anyone else in Texas, so we understand just how serious this problem is for our state. But we recognize that not everyone has the same level of familiarity, which may lead them to underestimate just how prevalent over-service is. To help improve the public's awareness, I sometimes take a bit of time to look through the TABC's database of complaints and report my findings here. If you believe you may have a Dram Shop case, please call me at (855) 326-0000.

This bar & grill in Longview, TX features live music and affordable dining. However, they have also had issues staying off the TABC's radar when it comes to irresponsible alcohol practices.

Simply because a Memphis Bar & Grill location has been investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators do not ultimately issue a sanction or warning for violations of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation(s) did not take place. For various reasons, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations of TABC code occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.
