How Did This Accident Occur?

The investigation of this accident shouldn’t end if forensic tests prove the Buick driver was intoxicated at the time of the crash because one important question is still unanswered: Where had she been drinking before the crash?

It’s one thing if she had been drinking at home before she got behind the wheel, but it’s another entirely if she was at a bar or restaurant. Texas law makes it illegal for an alcohol provider to serve someone who is obviously intoxicated, and they can be held accountable for any injuries caused by a patron.

It is worth looking into everyone who may have played a role in this crash, even if that means engaging an outside investigator to take steps authorities can’t or won’t in instances like this.
