How Did This Accident Occur?

Authorities seem to believe the Kia driver was behaving recklessly. A lot of folks may just chalk that up to the driver being young. Maybe this was just an example of a young, inexperienced driver behaving recklessly. But just because something is common doesn’t mean other possibilities should be ignored. At the end of the day, it’s about what the evidence says. After all, sometimes reckless behavior is the symptom of more serious issues, such as alcohol, drugs, or some kind of emergency. Did authorities dig into these possibilities at all to get to the root cause of what led to this accident?
