San Antonio, TX — February 21, 2026, Grace Dule was killed in a box truck accident at about 5:30 a.m. on West Loop 1604 North.
Authorities said a passenger vehicle collided with a box truck that was stopped at a red light near Bandera Lane.
The vehicle’s driver, 20-year-old Grace Duke, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to authorities.
No other injuries were reported.
