How Did This Accident Occur?

Oversized vehicles can create oversized problems on the road. Such vehicles typically travel with guide vehicles to ensure other motorists are aware of their presence, but there is no indication if there was one in use here. We also don’t know if the mobile home encroaching into the eastbound lanes at the time of the crash.

Investigators must determine the answers to these questions and any other that will help explain why this accident happened. If the law enforcement investigation doesn’t do that, perhaps those affected by this crash should consider seeking an independent investigation.
