Dallas, TX — August 17, 2024, William Swearingen III was injured following a car accident shortly before 2:15 a.m. along Wyoming Street.

According to authorities, 23-year-old William Swearingen III was traveling in an eastbound Lexus on Wyoming Street in the vicinity east of the Cockrell Hill Road intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the Lexus failed to safely maintain its lane of travel; it reportedly veered to the right and collided with two parked and vacant vehicles. The impact caused the Lexus to overturn, coming to a stop resting on its roof. Swearingen suffered serious injuries due to the wreck, according to reports, and was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment.
