Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Commercial truck wrecks can be complex enough on their that they require a dedicated team of well-equipped accident reconstructionists to get the full picture and ensure nothing important slips through the cracks. Considering authorities already had another crash at this scene that will need an investigation, as well, I have to wonder how thinly their resources are being stretched. I often talk about the value of independent investigators just as a means of ensuring a crash isn’t brushed aside in favor of other priorities. This might be a perfect example of when that independent help may come in handy.
