Authorities say that on July 28, an accident occurred when, for unknown reasons, a vehicle traveling north on State Road 9 crossed over the center lane line into the path of an oncoming dump truck. Sources say the collision then caused the vehicle to collide with another truck.
Officials confirmed that 54-year-old Troy Tillison suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
