Did investigators measure skid marks, document steering corrections, or estimate the Infiniti’s speed before impact? Was there any indication the driver attempted to brake or avoid something in the road? Without those details, the report risks being too simplistic, offering little clarity on what really caused the wreck.
2. Has anyone looked into the possibility that a vehicle defect caused the crash?
A sudden failure in brakes, steering, or suspension can cause a driver to lose control instantly. Tire blowouts, too, can push a vehicle off its path and into a tree with little chance for recovery.
