Frisco, TX — October 25, 2022, Sergio Garcia Olalde was fatally injured after a falling accident on a work site along Sprucewood Trail.
Preliminary details about the fatal accident released by the Occupation Safety and Health Administration indicate the incident happened in a recent residential development off Panther Creek Parkway, between Teel Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. OSHA reports right now say only that 28-year-old Sergio Garcia Olalde was on a work site when he was fatally injured due to a “fall from rafters”. No other injuries have been reported.
