Bexar County, TX — May 10, 2024, Sandra Moffett and at least one other person were injured in a multi-vehicle accident shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Loop 410.
According to authorities, 36-year-old Sandra Moffett and a 36-year-old man were traveling in a eastbound Jeep Wrangler on Loop 410 in the vicinity east of Vance Jackson Road when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, an eastbound Honda Accord failed to maintain control. It reportedly crashed into a Mitsubishi Mirage occupied by a 34-year-old woman. This collision caused the Mitsubishi to be involved in a secondary and tertiary crash with the Jeep and a Honda CR-V.
Moffett sustained reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck. The woman from the Mirage also incurred apparently minor injuries, according to reports. They were each transported to local medical facilities in order to receive necessary treatment.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
