It appears that 60-year-old Pedro Garcia was in a vehicle going along the eastbound lanes of the highway. Ahead, officials report that a Dodge Ram initially going westbound attempted to make a u-turn at the intersection. As the Dodge Ram made the u-turn, Garcia’s vehicle crashed into the pickup.
