Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

If authorities weren’t able to locate this driver, did they release all available information to the public? A lot of the time, someone in the community will connect dots authorities couldn’t and help ensure there’s a proper resolution. Even a long time after an accident, there can be steps to bring a runaway driver to answer for their actions. Hopefully every step has been taken here to give this accident the attention it deserves.
