An investigation is underway into a car accident that left three people dead and one injured in Corpus Christi on January 10th. According to official reports, a vehicle operated by Paula Sanchez, with three others as passengers, was traveling on US 77 south of Sarita, when for unknown reasons the vehicle lost control and entered a grassy median resulting in the vehicle to skid and then rollover along the southbound lanes.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found that Paula Sanchez, along with Raymundo Medina and Rebeca Davila had sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene, and Israel Guerrero-Vazquez was seriously injured and transported to the hospital. At this time the accident remains under investigation and more details may be released in the future.
