Jim Wells County, TX — January 24, 2025, an Orange Grove woman and multiple children were injured after an alleged drunk driver accident at 7:26 p.m. along F.M. 624.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened in the area between F.M. 305 and F.M. 309 west of Orange Grove.
According to officials, a 29-year-old Orange Grove woman and five children were in an Infiniti going westbound. A Cadillac reportedly passed in a no passing zone, and the Cadillac and the Infiniti collided. Due to this, the Orange Grove woman and four children in the Infiniti were seriously injured.
Authorities allege that the Cadillac driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time. Right now, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
