Authorities say that on July 13, a collision occurred when a westbound truck crashed into a Ford as the Ford suddenly pulled out in front of the truck. According to reports, the crash caused the truck to burst into flames at the Highway 64 and Cherokee Drive Intersection.
Sources say the accident happened sometime after 5:00 p.m.
Officials confirmed that a teenager sustained fatal injuries in the collision. One other person was reportedly injured in the crash, but the extent of the injuries has not been released.
