Crawford County, OH — June 3, 2023, one person was killed in a collision with a tractor-trailer around 8:30 a.m. on Route 61 in Crawford County.
According to authorities, the victim’s Honda Civic was northbound approaching the intersection with Crawford-Morrow Line Road when it collided head-on with a southbound semi-truck. The force of the collision reportedly sent both vehicles off the road to the eastern side. The front grill of the semi-truck was allegedly stuck to the damaged nose of the Civic.
The Civic driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
