Authorities indicate that on June 28, a collision happened between a pallet truck and a GMC pickup along westbound I-215. According to reports, the GMC, for unknown reasons, rear-ended the pallet truck while it wasn’t moving.
The name of the GMC pickup driver has not been released. Reports say the GMC driver was severely injured and died in the collision. No other injuries were reported.
