Amarillo, TX — June 26, 2023, one person was injured in a collision with a tractor-trailer around 9:38 a.m. on S. Arthur Street in Amarillo.
Authorities report a Freightliner semi-truck was heading north on S. Arthur St. when it collided with a westbound GMC Van on 3rd Ave. Officials allege the semi-truck driver failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the intersection without yielding the right of way.
The driver of the GMC van purportedly suffered serious injuries. No other injuries were reported.
