Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Even someone taken from an 18-wheeler accident is “as a precaution,” it’s still important to take the crash seriously. I’ve had cases where someone seemed okay after a serious collision with a commercial vehicle. Days after the crash, however, and overlooked injury got worse and worse until the injury became debilitating. That’s why truck wrecks like this all deserve prompt and thorough investigations. The hope is that everything turns out fine, but it’s a whole lot better to be over-prepared in the best case scenario than under-prepared in the worst case scenario.
