Laredo, TX — November 21, 2025, Norma Garza was injured as the result of a car accident at around 11:35 a.m. along Ejido Avenue.

According to officials, 63-year-old Norma Garza was in a Kia Forte going northbound on Ejido. A Ford Explorer was going southbound. At the intersection, the vehicles crossed paths and collided. Norma Garza was seriously injured, authorities said.
