Poplar Bluff, MO — October 2, 2025, One person was injured following a moped accident that occurred at around 7:35 P.M. on US-67.
According to reports, a moped operated by a 37-year-old man was traveling northbound on US-67 when it struck an animal in the roadway and crashed.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found the driver seriously injured and transported him to the hospital for treatment. The condition of the animal is unknown. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and officials have not released any update on the investigation’s status.
