Alvarado, TX — September 19, 2025, Mark Allison and one other were injured following a motorcycle accident around 11:07 p.m. along I-35W.
Initial details about the accident say that it happened along the northbound side of the freeway in the area of Maple Street and FM 401.
According to officials, 36-year-old Mark Allison was on a Harley Davidson motorcycle going northbound alongside another 36-year-old on a separate motorcycle. Due to events unconfirmed right now, the two motorcycles crashed.

My biggest concern after crashes like this is that authorities may have jumped to conclusions. Too often, people look at motorcyclists and just assume they must be reckless drivers. I know from experience that many are safe drivers who deserve to have their side of the story told fairly. So either authorities here understood that and put their bias aside, or there will be gaps in the story here that need to be filled in with more thorough, unbiased investigations.
