Harris County, TX — March 16, 2023, Marco Antonio Garcia, Emily Klemm, and another person were injured following a car along Tomball Parkway.
Preliminary details about the accident say that it happened at around 3:00 p.m. along Highway 249 in the area of Boudreaux Road.
26-year-old Marco Garcia was said to be in a Chevy Silverado traveling eastbound along Boudreaux. 19-year-old Emily Klemm and a 20-year-old man were in a Nissan Rogue going northbound along the highway. At the intersection, the vehicles were involved in a T-bone collision.
While Garcia’s injuries were said to be non-incapacitating, Klemm and the other person in the Nissan were said to have incapacitating injuries. The exact cause of the crash cannot be confirmed at this time.

Right now, there isn’t enough information to start drawing conclusions, but that’s not what I do here anyway. Instead, it’s important to understand why crashes like this can take a while to get answers about. Even in situations folks may see as simple or straight forward, there can be unusual circumstances to consider. Whether that’s mechanical issues, road hazards, alcohol or drugs, other drivers who left the scene, work environments surrounding a commercial vehicle driver, or any other myriad of possible factors, it’s important the evidence has a chance to speak for itself. What it may ultimately say here remains to be seen.
