Harrison County, TX — May 14, 2024, Luanna Logan and four others were injured in a car accident at approximately 3:45 p.m. along North East End Boulevard.
According to authorities, 73-year-old Luanna Logan and a 14-year-old girl were traveling in a southbound BMW SUV on North East End Boulevard approaching the Karnack Highway, S.H. 43, intersection when the accident took place.
The BMW had reportedly come to a stop due to the red light indicated by the traffic signal at the intersection. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the BMW was rear-ended by a southbound Honda Accord occupied by a 27-year-old woman, an infant girl, and a 5-year-old boy.
Logan and the girl who was with her in the BMW suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck. All three occupants of the Honda also sustained minor injuries, according to reports. All five were transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment.
