Falls County, TX — June 30, 2023, Kevin Kelley, Shannon Bell, and another were injured in an alleged drunk driving crash around 10:40 p.m. in Falls County.
According to officials, Mr. Kelley and Ms. Bell were in a Dodge Ram 2500 facing southwest and stopped at a stop sign on C.R. 361 when a Ford Expedition allegedly failed to negotiate a bend on F.M. 1671 and crashed into their pickup truck.
Investigators claim the Ford Expedition had been traveling too fast along the road and entered into a sideways skid when the alleged drunk driver attempted to follow the left-hand bend in the road.
Authorities say, Kevin Kelley, Shannon Bell, and the reportedly drunk driver all sustained serious injuries and were taken to medical centers for care.
