Houston, TX — March 28, 2025, Joseph Guillen was killed as the result of a hit-and-run accident at around 4:10 a.m. along Westheimer Road.
According to officials, the accident took place in the area of the Westheimer and Gessner Road intersection.
Investigators said that a pedestrian identified as 60-year-old Joseph Guillen was on Westheimer at the time. While there, a vehicle apparently struck Joseph Guillen, then fled the scene.
Due to the collision, Joseph Guillen was killed. There’s no indication right now that authorities located the runaway driver.

Hit-and-runs obviously need to be taken seriously, and one of the best steps forward is to put as much information out to the public as possible. That way, someone may be able to connect some dots and come forward so authorities can identify a suspect. If nothing else, those affected here deserve to see accountability, and it’s important every possible step is taken to keep these details visible.
