Atascosa Cunty, TX — Jorge Rios was injured in a single-vehicle accident around 2:10 a.m. on McConnell Rd. in Atascosa County.
Officials report Mr. Rios’s Hyundai Accent was heading south, approaching F.M. 3175, when his vehicle somehow veered towards the passenger side. The Hyundai reportedly drove into a roadside ditch, collided head-on with a utility pole, spun clockwise, and reentered the road.
Jorge Rios was purportedly taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
