Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Any fatal accident is going to be heart-wrenching to read about, but seeing allegations of intoxication only makes it more senseless. I can’t say any more than anyone else in the public if those allegations are true, but it’s tragically common with early-morning wrecks. Whether or not it happened here, authorities should take every possible measure to get answers for this girl’s family and to ensure anyone responsible for such a terrible event face the appropriate consequences.
