Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

A lot of people think that car accidents are simple just because they’re common. However, I’ve seen countless investigations that either jumped to conclusions or otherwise failed to get the full story. This is usually due to officers lacking the time or the tools to do a proper accident reconstruction. That’s why a lot of folks feel more comfortable having independent investigators look things over. When they can be sure no important evidence is slipping through the cracks, they can feel more confident that their side of the story will be told fairly. It wouldn’t be surprising if those efforts proved necessary here, as well.
