Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A crash this chaotic is bound to be anything but straight-forward for investigators. As such, it’s important there are efforts in place to ensure investigations are prepared for a complex maze of possible factors and evidence. In my experience with commercial truck wrecks, authorities on their own rarely have the resources for something that delicate. Families don’t usually get the answers they need until there have been more thorough independent accident reconstructions. Have they been brought in here?
