How Did This Accident Occur?

From initial reports, it is clear authorities suspect that alcohol played a role in this crash. If that allegation proves to be true, it calls for broadening the investigation to determine where the Ford driver had been drinking.

If an alcohol provider, like a bar or restaurant, served her when she was obviously intoxicated, that provider may be held liable for any injuries she caused.

Most law enforcement agencies do not make such inquiries part of their crash investigations, so those affected by crashes involving alcohol often turn to independent investigators in their quest for answers.
