Belton, TX — March 5, 2024, a deputy was injured on route to the Centeral Texas Council of Government in Belton for training when the accident took place.
According to authorities, the causal factors that led to the accident are till unclear.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the deputy’s patrol vehicle was rear-ended by and 18-wheeler. The deputy incurred injuries of unknown severity and was transported to a local medical facility in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
