San Antonio, TX — July 31, 2025, Daniel Rivera was injured as the result of a car accident that happened around 4:46 a.m. along Airport Boulevard.
According to officials, the incident took place just off US 281 near the Loop 410 interchange.
Investigators said that 23-year-old Daniel Rivera was on a Yamaha motorcycle going westbound while a Toyota Corolla was going southeast. The Toyota reportedly ran the light, and it crashed into the motorcycle.
Due to the crash, Daniel Rivera was seriously injured. No other injuries are available. At this time, additional details are unavailable.

As open-and-shut as these initial details seem, any motorcycle wreck is bound to present challenges. The reason for this is that people tend to be biased against motorcyclists. Insurance companies know this, and they often try to exploit that bias to their advantage.
That’s one of the reasons I say there really are no simple or straight-forward car accidents. They can all involving unique challenges that require extensive evidence and legal strategy to overcome. I don’t see any reason right now why this crash would be an exception to that.
