Abilene, TX — July 12, 2024, Christopher Livingston was injured following a car accident at around 8:45 a.m. along Shelton Street.
Preliminary statements from officials say that the accident happened in the area of Shelton Street and State Street.
According to officials, 42-year-old Christopher Livingston was in a Dodge Durango going northbound on Shelton. For reasons unclear, the Dodge crashed with a Silverado parked on the side of the road. Due to this, Livingston sustained serious injuries. No one else appeared to be involved in the accident.

There aren’t many details available here, and frankly this isn’t the most typical crash one would expect to see at this time of day. If this happened in rush hour traffic, it might be more mundane. A sudden crash on a small street suggests there could be something unusual involved here. Perhaps thorough investigations would show there is more to this situation than one would expect.
