Guadalupe County, TX — November 5, 2023, one person was injured following a motorcycle accident at around 1:00 a.m. along Poplar Street.
Authorities said in their initial statements that the crash happened near the intersection of Poplar Street and Plump Street.
According to officials, a 31-year-old man was on a motorcycle said to be going northbound on Poplar. From the southbound lanes, it appears that an oncoming Mitsubishi Galant failed to yield making a left turn. This resulted in the vehicles colliding.
The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike and reportedly sustained serious injuries. The driver did not appear to be hurt. Right now, no further information about the crash can be confirmed.
