Plano, TX — November 14, 2023, Austin Curtis McDaniel was killed following a motorcycle accident at around 8:30 p.m. along the Dallas North Tollway.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the crash occurred along the southbound lanes of the tollway in the area of Park Boulevard.
Officials said that 23-year-old Austin McDaniel was on a Kawasaki motorcycle traveling along the tollway. At the ramp to transfer to the President George Bush Turnpike, the motorcycle somehow lost control and fell over. McDaniel was thrown off the bike and into a barrier, resulting in fatal injuries.
Currently, the cause of the crash has yet to be determined. Authorities have yet to report possible contributing factors, and further information is unavailable.
