Brazoria County, TX — October 26, 2025, Ashley Gonzales was injured due to a car accident shortly before 3:00 a.m. along State Highway 288.
According to authorities, 35-year-old Ashley Gonzales was traveling in a southbound Mercedes-Benz sedan on S.H. 288 just north of Rodeo Palms Parkway when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the Mercedes-Benz allegedly made an unsafe lane change. A collision consequently occurred between the left side of the Mercedes and the front-end of a southbound Kia Borrego.
Gonzales reportedly sustained serious injuries over the course of the accident. It does not appear that anyone from the Kia was hurt. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
