Fort Worth, TX — March 30, 2024, Arturo Valenzuela was injured in a hit-and-run car accident at approximately 12:30 p.m. along Hemphill Street.
According to authorities, 48-year-old Arturo Valenzuela was traveling in a Chevrolet Tahoe which was at a stop facing north due to traffic conditions at the Bewik Street intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the Tahoe was rear ended by a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck which had been traveling at allegedly high speeds. The person who had been behind the wheel fled the accident scene on foot, according to reports, and has yet to be located. Valenzuela suffered suspected severe injuries as a result of the wreck; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. no other injuries have been reported.
